Having seen the success of the First phase of the Hospital, the Trustees decided to lay the foundation of Orthopedic Trauma and Spine Institute (OSI) of its own kind in Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Trust.  There is currently not a single center of its kind in the country where poor patients can get Spine and musculoskeletal disorders treated at a reasonable cost.  Back and neck disorders are wide spread not only in Pakistan but around the globe.  These disorders account for more than 70 million physicians visits every year.  It has been estimated that 80% of all adults experience back pain at some time in their lives.  Hence the multi disciplinary delivery system made available through the Orthopedic Trauma and Spine Center will offer an innovative, cost effective and comprehensive approach for the treatment of these disorders.  The center will consist of 100 private rooms with 200 Charity beds and 30 beds ICU.  Variety of Clinicians from other specialties will partner the Center for Operative and Non Operative Care which will have:
